              New Delhi: If you are hoping to increase this year, a good salary, then you may be disappointed.Global HR consulting firm Hewitt aeon average salary this year will see a growth of 10.3 per cent. Growth is the lowest in the last 10 years.
                         Economic crisis is visible on salary. Average salary increase would be 10.3 per cent in the year 2013. This is the result of a survey conducted by HR consulting firm Hewitt aeon. Aeon Hewitt the salary will be in the best growth pharma sector, where growth is expected to be 13.5 per cent.

                       
 Subsequently, the medical equipment, chemical and automobile sector, where salaries are expected to grow from 11 to 12.5 per cent. In addition, 10.5 percent of technology companies and IT services firms may increase by about 10 per cent of the salary. But the people working in the financial sector and infrastructure may have to be content with a lower salary.Aeon Hewitt Survey Top Level Management for the year 2013 is expected to grow less salary, but the General Staff of the staff working at the grassroots level salary increase.
