Anti-rape bill passed in Lok Sabha, the Rajya Sabha today ordeal
Anti-rape bill will be introduced in the Rajya Sabha where it is yet to be cleared. Punishment in cases of crimes against women in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday approved a Bill provisions. Now the bill will be introduced in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday. The acid attacks against women, and to pursue them stare stringent provisions have been made for such acts.

Cabinet decided that the age limit of 18 years will remain consensual sex. However, SP, BSP, TMC, including the parties consent to sex at age reduced from 18 to 16 years was deep resentment. Even before the government finally succumbed.
