           The country's stock markets on Friday witnessed bullish trend. With a gain of 56.98 points to 18918.52 Sensex and the Nifty closed at 5719.70 with a gain of 26.65 points.Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) 30-share sensitive index Sensex closed at 18876.68 with a gain of 15.14 points and 56.98 points or 0.30 per cent, to close at 18918.52. Sensex 18988.97 day he touched the upper and lower levels of 18820.90.National Stock Exchange (NSE) Nifty 50-share sensitive index opened at 5702.45 with a gain of 9.40 points and 26.65 points or 0.47 per cent, to close at 5719.70. Day Nifty touched a low of 5679.90 and 5739.45 of the upper.BSE Midcap and Smallcap index in rapid decline. Midcap and Smallcap index 18.17 points at 6320.95 with a gain of 10.90 points to close at 6195.32 with a loss.The market rose in 13 of the 9 sectors. Consumer durables (3.20 per cent), capital goods (1.62 per cent), vehicles (1.50 percent), electricity (0.80 per cent) and metal (0.63 per cent) was the fastest.
