Rehman Malik surrounded in contempt case
           Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik Supreme Court rejecting the petition, on the charge of contempt of court on Monday ordered set. Malik on the government to interfere in the investigation of alleged corruption in steel due to have been charged with contempt of court.A bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry, Malik said the notice issued last year, the answer is not satisfactory. Bench found that he had interfered in the court proceedings.  





Charges of contempt process will begin within seven days. In case the prosecutor has been appointed to the Attorney General. However, Malik had pleaded for the court not to adjourn until Tuesday because he had to go to Uzbekistan. The Court also rejected his request to be banned and Uzbekistan. Malik mercy petitions last month had apologized in writing. The Chief Justice said it's kind of apology and remorse that it depends on the court to accept it or not.
